World Of Beer

This one is going at the top of the list because it’s my favorite.

And I get it. World of Beer might not be the first place you think of when you think about going for brunch, but it ticked all the right boxes for me.

I didn’t have to wait forever to get a table, there is a good range of great tasting brunch food, and of course they’ve got you covered with mimosas. If you want something a little different though, you can try a beermosa or one of their beer sampler trays.

I 10/10 recommend getting the avocado toast because it’s by far the best I’ve ever had. It’s so good that it’s in a league of its own. The pancakes are also pretty damn good.

Maple Street Biscuit Company

If you like biscuits, you’ll love Maple Street Biscuit Company.

It is a wonderful place to go for brunch in Fayetteville. While it’s not the place to go for the classic mimosa and bacon and egg type experience, it is the place to go for delicious, fresh comfort food.

Of course you can get one of the range of biscuit sandwiches, but they also have sweet biscuits, fresh waffles, and salads.

I have two favorites when I go here which are The Farmer and The Sticky Maple. I’d say those are lighter options on their menu, but if you want a full comfort meal then it’s hard to beat the Five and Dime.

They also have a great Maple Vanilla Bean coffee.

Drizzled Waffles and Coffee

Drizzled Waffles and Coffee in Hope Mills is a real treat.

At this brand new spot you can get a big, fresh waffle and choose from a range of toppings. Sweet, savory – they do it all. You’ve got choices ranging from a waffle with fried chicken and gravy to Nutella and banana.

The waffles have the perfect crunchiness on the outside and fluffiness on the inside. And, of course, the toppings just take it to another level.

I really like the details in the setting here like the wood tables, kids play area, and how the waffles are served in a silver tray.

I’m really looking forward to visiting again and watching the business grow.

Metro Diner

For a classic, diner style brunch, head over to Metro Diner.

I like checking out their specials or seasonal menu to try something a little different to what I’d usually get. But if you just want the classic brunch foods, they have plenty of that too. Since it’s a bigger chain, the menu has a lot of variety.

The only downside of Metro Diner is that it’s super popular. So if you’re looking to go on the weekend, you can usually expect a bit of a wait to get a table.

Other than that, it’s a classic brunch experience with really tasty food.

First Watch

If you’re looking for something a little more fancy, then check out First Watch.

You can taste the freshness in everything here and they have a lot of healthy options. The elevated egg sandwich is amazing and I also love that they have fresh juice specials.

If you’re looking for a greasier or sugary hangover brunch though, this isn’t the place to go.

It’s another really popular place so expect a bit of a wait on the weekends.

Blue Moon Cafe

If you’re looking for something downtown, check out Blue Moon Cafe.

This is a nice spot to go to if you want to experience the charming downtown ambiance because they have a great outdoor seating area. And of course, you’ll get a great meal.

It’s hard to pick a favorite because everything I’ve had has been so good. A few recommendations are the Crab Dip, sandwiches (I like the T.A.B), and chicken tacos.

I’m pretty sure anything you get will be delicious though.

Max and Moritz

Now, if you want to go somewhere different, check out Max and Moritz.

This is a small, family owned German restaurant hidden away in Fayetteville.

Maybe you don’t first think of getting a schnitzel for brunch, and I didn’t either, but it’s so delicious that you won’t question it ever again. The tasty mushroom gravy tops it all off perfectly.

If you prefer breakfast food they also do all day breakfast and have decadent iced coffees with ice cream and cream.

The best part is that it’s a bakery as well, so you can finish the brunch with a Black Forest cake or cheesecake.

Fayetteville Pie Company

If you like to follow your savory pie with a sweet pie, then this is the place for you.

At the Fayetteville Pie Company you can get just that.

They have fresh made pies with creative flavor options and the menu changes every week and a half so you’ll always have something new to try. When you bite into it, you can taste the quality and freshness.

The lunch deal includes a savory pie served in a cool basket with a smaller sweet pie. I recommend getting that to try a bit of both.

It’s a cool spot with indoor and outdoor seating and certainly one to add to your list of places to go.
